Print and apply labeling systems automatically print information on blank or pre-printed labels and apply them on to packaging, products, boxes or crates, for example. Our line of Label-Aire air-blow print and apply labelers / print and apply labeling systems offers a flexible alternative to the traditional wipe-on technology. An electric fan creates a vacuum to hold the dispensed label accurately onto print and apply labeler's grid. At the precise moment the product passes under the grid, the air-blow print and apply labeler's pneumatic solenoid provides a controlled blast of compressed air to apply the printed label onto the product.

Label-Aire's air-blow print and apply labelers / print and apply labeling systems adjust for different label sizes by altering the pattern of the air blast so no change parts are required. Since our air-blow print and apply labelers / print and apply labeling systems apply labels without making product contact, it is a practical solution for labeling food or fragile products. With their ability to pre-dispense labels, there is no need for air-blow print and apply labelers / print and apply labeling systems to match the speed of the product.
