The Model 5115HSWA "High Speed Wrap Around" Bottle Labeler was specifically designed for the wine and water bottle industries making it both rugged and dependable. Built to handle almost any cylindrical glass or plastic container, the 5115HSWA's host of advancements such as our patented vacuumized reverse-feed wrap belt is designed to accurately apply full wrap, partial wrap, or front and back wrap labeling at very high speeds. The 5115HSWA can handle both paper and film labels. Its compact footprint and rugged construction make it easy to integrate into new or existing production lines. The 5115HSWA is built to handle your most demanding labeling applications with ease and accuracy. -
Standard patented Quick Change Variable Pitch Feedscrew System allows optimum production speeds, flexibility, and product stability. -
Optional patented Clutch Brake Feedscrew System eliminates jams at the feedscrew and minimizes downtime. -
Dual 20" (508 mm) diameter Non-Stop Dual Unwinder decreases down-time associated with roll changes. -
Equipped with Model 2115 Wipe-On labeler for high-speed, accurate label placement. -
Can also be equipped with our New Generation line of Wipe-On heads.
